About Rising STARs Scholarship Program
The Rising STARs program is open to high school seniors with at least a 3.0 grade point average, who are committed to attending an accredited four year college of university.
In addition to stellar academic performance, candidates should exhibit a commitment to community service and leadership.
Applications to be considered for the Rising STARs program are available annually in September with interviews occurring in December. Once selected Rising STARs will participate in both community and faith-based activities from February to May.
